Augustina comes originally from New York but now calls Berlin home. For her, Berlin is a beautiful city of diversity and juxtaposition, where one finds wild gardens leaning against colorful graffiti tags, golden hour lakes with women in burqas alongside FKK bathers, stoic Plattenbau standing next to ornate Weimar-era facades. She paints animals in the streets, mostly in Kreuzberg, in the hopes that she can transform overlooked corners into secret treasures for neighbors to enjoy.
